Browser test calls and simulated calls have no phone line and cost ₹1.00 a minute on every plan. The API quotes from the same table it charges from, so an estimate and a charge cannot disagree. How billing works

Good to know
- §1The wallet is prepaid. With no balance, a new call is not placed, and batches and campaigns pause until you top up.
- §2A call already in progress is not cut off when the balance runs out, so a wallet can go slightly below zero.
- §3Every movement of the wallet is a line in a ledger you can read and export.
- §4Monthly invoices are generated with a GST breakdown.
- §5Prices exclude GST, which is added at the rate in force (18% today).
- §6The per-minute rate is all-in for phone calls: the phone line in India and our own speech-to-text, language model and voice are included. A third-party model you connect yourself is charged at its own rate on top.
- §7Business and Enterprise minimums are prepaid each month; minutes beyond them are charged at the plan's per-minute rate. Unused minimum minutes expire at the end of the month.
