What do I get?

An API and a dashboard for voice agents that place and answer phone calls. An agent is a prompt or a graph of steps, with function tools and a knowledge base. Calls go out one at a time, as a batch, or from a workflow.

What happens on a call?

Our voice engine receives the audio from your telephony provider, waits for the caller to finish, transcribes the turn, asks the language model for a reply and speaks it. The caller can cut in. Afterwards you get the transcript, a summary, the cost and the fields you asked for.

Which phone providers work?

Exotel, Twilio and Plivo, on your own account with each. Real calls have run on Exotel; Twilio and Plivo have been tested against simulators so far. You can also simulate numbers and dialling while you build.

Can I try an agent before connecting a phone line?

Yes. Use the simulated call engine, the text test chat or the voice test in your browser. See testing without a phone.

What does a call cost?

Calls are charged per minute from a prepaid wallet, at the per-minute rate of your plan. See the prices.

Who answers for consent and calling rules?

You do. The platform enforces what you configure (calling hours, a do-not-call list, consent, daily caps, an AI disclosure line, masking), but the laws that apply to your calls are yours to follow.
