Telephony
You bring your own account with a provider. Until then, numbers and dialling can be simulated.
Exotel
Audio is streamed to the voice engine; outbound dialling and transfer to a person go through your Exotel flow. Outbound and transfer have been tested against a simulator.
Tested against simulatorsTwilio
Media Streams to the voice engine, number search and purchase, inbound and outbound. Not yet run on a real call.
Tested against simulatorsPlivo
Audio Streams to the voice engine, with the same call flow as Twilio. Not yet run on a real call.
Records onlySIP trunks
You can store and validate trunk and number details. Calls are not placed or received over SIP yet.
Models
The voice engine talks to the model servers its operator connects. The platform does not resell third-party models.
OpenAI-style endpoints
Any speech-to-text, chat and speech server that speaks the OpenAI request format, set by base URL on the engine.
Available where operatedIn-house models
Speech and language models run by the operator appear to agents as the provider named local, at no model cost.
AvailableCustom LLM
Register your own chat endpoint for a workspace and select it on an agent.
Messaging and payments
Behind provider interfaces. The default providers are mocks, so nothing is sent or charged until an operator configures a real one.
SMS and WhatsApp
Used for verification codes, a workflow step and the send_sms tool. Adapters exist for Twilio and MSG91; neither has been run against the real service.
Adapters tested against local fakesWallet top-ups
Adapters exist for Razorpay and Stripe. No real payment has gone through either.
Your systems
There are no prebuilt connectors to named CRM, helpdesk or automation products. Anything with an HTTP API can be connected in two ways.
Function tools
The agent calls your HTTP endpoint during the call and uses the answer. Define the request once; test it from the dashboard.
AvailableWebhooks
Every status change of a call is posted to your URL, in order, with retries and a dead-letter list.
AvailableREST API
Everything the dashboard does, with two OpenAPI documents.
Need something that is not listed?
Tell us which system you use. If it has an HTTP API, a function tool usually covers it; see the guide.
